Looks like Honda is pointed to release this bike next year in Europe.

oh I would much rather buy that for my wifes first bike than the ninja's ive been looking at. Ive been loyal to honda up till now. Sold my crf450 and bought my first yamaha. Still would rather have that over the ninja.

It'll look 10x better if you slide the forks up a bit.

Actually, THIS is what it looks like...

And you can fix the 450f top end problems with a stainless valve kit...

First ride reviews are out on this and they will be working on a comparisons this spring, but it is 20 lbs lighter than the Ninja 250 with steeper rake/trail numbers and a shorter wheelbase. It is fuel iinjected too so maybe this will prompt Kawasaki to pony up andn match it.

Both run the same 17 in wheels so rubber will not be a consideration. I say it could eat up the Formula 4, E superstock classes on the tighter courses...

Unfortunately my year has been decided for me. I am out until summer of 12'. :doh

It is supposed to be a street bike.
With a single cylinder and mildly tuned for a broad torque band, it may not eat Ninja 250s.
It will be interesting to see what power components become available for it.

I'll keep my old VTR250 with a new paint job.

Nice VTR! Classic! :cheers

They are all street bikes until you race em! And it wouldnt need to eat the ninja 250s, just give me 3-4 tenths a lap I can make up the difference :bat
