Dude, that sucks.

...well, here's your chance to make a bad-ass street fighter.

Same thing happened to my '03 RR

hehe, i didn't make it like that. I traded my yfz for it in that shape. I have all the plastics. Gonna fix a few and get a few good used ones. Should be going in a month or so?

which leads to the question........ What color to paint a busa?

Black keeps coming back to the top of the list. I've been saying something very dark. Black, extremely dark charcoal, dark dark blue. Oddly enough I keep coming across white fairings that I like. Total opposite of my plans.

Anyone have any dealings with the china/korea/ebay fairings? Its getting very tempting to go that route and save myself ALOT of refinishing labor.

DONT do the ebay fairings! my buddy ordered them (against my advice). i painted the bike for him and the fitment was CRAP. i cant tell you how much i had to dremel and force things to make it fit. the price is appealing but it is worth it to just find OEM used parts IMO.

I'll tell ya a color I really like and you dont see it on bikes much. Its a deep dark green metallic. Hard to explain but the Kawi GP team used it one year as opposed the the puke green.

Its more of a deep emerald and with some black and silver accents could be kickin'

Well panels are patched/fixed/sanded. Reassembled everything too put some miles on it before paint.

Took it out tonight just to Taco Bell. I think I could get used to this thing. I've been saying I've been wanting a cruiser. I might have just found it. This thing is a couch. A couch that moves.

Anyone know how to adjust a hydraulic clutch? This thing engages about 1mm off the handle bar. My luck it will probably need a clutch.
